Grimsholm Products AB have earlier reserved land in Falkenberg aimed to secure facilities for continued rapidly growth. Now the company applies for building it´s new Headquarter and expect the commissioning to late 2024.
The facility will house an innovation center and Nordic logistic hub, covering a total of approximately 15,000 square meters. The new site does have a prime location along E6/E20 between Gothenburg and Malmö.
“We see this new facility as an investment in our future,” said CEO Denniz Gustafsson. “Our vision is to not only meet our current needs but also provide a platform for continued high growth”.
“The new logistics hub will be equipped with the latest technology and equipment to ensure efficient and timely distribution of Grimsholm’s products to retailers throughout the Nordic region as well as serving the national distribution hubs in central and southern Europe”, said CLO, Martin Johannesson. “Our customers are the leading European retail chains and we serve them all over Europe. This mean nothing less than world class logistic solutions can be the goal”.
The facility will be equipped with modern and sustainable design elements, including solar panels, and will be built for environmental certification by Sweden Green Building Council. Construction is expected to begin soon, with completion planned for late 2024.
