Today Grimsholm Products AB reports a 112% sales increase for 2021 ending up at MSEK 42,6 million and has, by 50% oversubscription, successfully completed a capital raise of SEK 35 million. The capital raised gives the company a stable financial basis for continued growth in European markets.
“We are delighted by the level of interest in our share issue, and it is particularly satisfying to have attracted such a broad mix of investors,” says Krister Magnusson, Chairman of the Board of Grimsholm Products AB.
Grimsholm received applications from investors across the business community, including high-profile business figures, venture capitalists, and local investors from Falkenberg – Grimsholm’s traditional operating base.
“There is growing European interest in the full range of our product portfolio,” adds Denniz Gustafsson, CEO of Grimsholm Products AB. “We are particularly renowned for our leading range of robot lawnmower accessories, and this recognition has created opportunities for rapid growth in specialist trade throughout Europe.”
